The World Federation of Trade Unions on behalf of its 92 million workers in the 5 continents of the globe, expresses its solidarity to the Bitajib’s workers who are in a strike for a week now demanding the prompt payment of their three-months unpaid salaries.
The workers of the company, including engineers, skilled, unskilled and ordinary workers, went on strike, struggling against the payment delays of the Bitajib company which took over the construction work for the jinki road.
The world class-oriented trade union movement is in solidarity with the strike of Bitajib’s workers and demands the immediate ending of the unacceptable and anti-worker practices of the company.
The World Federation of Trade Unions, standing on the site of the workers supports their fair struggle and demands the immediate payment of the outstanding wages without further delay both for now and for the future.
