On 5-7 may 2014, WFTU leaders met with Egypt General T.U of Railway Workers. In the course of new relations and the process of affiliation to WFTU lines. The Egyptian delegation composed of comrades:

The meeting was very good and fruitful. Both sides agreed on further cooperation in the interest of international class- oriented trade union movement. Moreover, they discussed action in the railway and transport sector internationally. They also met with the Greek union of railway workers.
