The World Federation of Trade Union strongly and unequivocally condemns the terrorist attack in a concert venue in Moscow, Russia, on March 22, 2024, resulted in the killing of more than 150 people, including children, and the injuring of hundreds other innocent people.
The international class-oriented trade union movement expresses its deep sorrow and sincere condolences and solidarity with its Russian affiliates, the people and the working class of Russia. Our thoughts are with the affected people and with the relatives of the victims. The WFTU demands the punishment of the responsible ones and struggles for the abolition of all the root causes that generate wars, murderous attacks, death, impoverishment and misery for the working class and the peoples all over the globe.
