With the participation of delegates from the African continent the joint seminar on e-learning started today in Ho Chi Minh city hosted by VGCL.
The WFTU Delegation is headed by the WFTU President Mzwandile Michael Makwayiba and Anastasaki Anda WFTU Head-office General Coordinator and composed by delegates from Burundi, Congo R.D., Ivory Coast, Gabon, Guinea, Mali and Rwanda.
In the evening the WFTU President was hosted by the Ho Chi Minh Federation of Labor
