Nakliyat-İş (Trade Union of Revolutionary Workers of Land, Airway and Railway Workers of Turkey), WFTU affiliate, organized an action on the occasion of Commerce Workers’ International Action Day. The action was organized at Optimum Shopping Center, one of the biggest in Istanbul. Real Market Workers, who have been fighting against the employers and yellow unionism for more than two and a half year also participated in the action during which the workers blocked the cash points in Media Markt.
The union also issued a press release outside the shopping centre declaring the international solidarity with the working class in France as well as with all the workers in commerce and service sector.
