On 30 May 2018, the professional unions and several commercial sectors entered into strike,against the amended income bill proposed by the government.
Thousands of workers from many sectors, as well as farmers participate in the protests. We stand in solidarity with the Jordanian working class who already face poor salaries and poverty and we support their struggle for better working and living conditions.
