A WFTU delegation, headed by Anda Anastasaki, general Coordinator of the WFTU Central Offices, is taking part in the special session of the Commission of the Status of Women (CSW62) of the United Nations and the meetings and workshops themed: “Stratefy on Gender Parity-How to walk the walk” and “Rural Women & Girls Economic Empowerment” that are taking place during the session.
The WFTU delegation will present its Oral Statement on the situation of Women on March 21st.
The WFTU will keep utilizing its presence in the international organizations so as to make the voice of workers heard loud everywhere.
