Doctors in Chile’s public health system have been on a long-term strike since Monday, denouncing the reactionary government of Sebastian Pinera about the job insecurity, their working conditions, labor law violations and underfunded health system and the non-fulfillment of promises for income support of the health personnel in the midst of a pandemic.
The world, class-oriented trade union movement reiterates its solidarity with the Chilean doctors and joins its voice with them for the immediate fulfillment of their demands.
