The successful 48-hour nationwide strike organized by PAME started at midnight.
Today, the large demonstration will take place at Pireaus, the port of Athens. Tomorrow, the main large open demonstration will take place at 12:00 in front of the Parliament. Also tomorrow at the same time demonstrations will take place in 75 cities.
The WFTU affiliates and friends have sent many solidarity messages to Athens and they have been published. We thank you for internationalism and labour solidarity.
