With the participation of delegates from all over the world, the 3rd International Congress of the Trade Union International of workers in hotels and tourism (TUI HOTOUR) of the WFTU kicked off today in Alexandria, hosted by the Egyptian Trade Union Federation, ETUF, of Egypt.
The WFTU is represented by colleague Cali Patouna, WFTU Central Offices Councilor, who conveyed the greeting message of the WFTU General Secretary, comrade G. Mavrikos, during the opening ceremony today morning.
The Congress is also attended by brother Mohamed Wahballah, General Secretary of ETUF, Mr. Mohamed Safaan, the Minister of Labour of Egypt and other local officials and trade unionists from the hotels and tourism sector.
