The World Federation of Trade Unions, that joins together more than 100 million workers in 132 countries of the 5 continents, expresses its solidarity with the Hotel Workers Center of Inter Company Employees Union that organized a demonstration in front of the Ministry of Tourism on December 23rd, 2020.
The international class-oriented trade union movement supports the fair struggle of the workers in the Hotel and Tourism industry in Sri Lanka and their demands for the provision of a special allowance by the government and the protection of their jobs.
