A WFTU delegation headed by Philippe Miroux, member of the executive board of CGT Centrale de Gardanne (France) is taking place in the NUM Special Congress that is taking place in Durban on September 4th-6th.
The WFTU representative during his speech underlined the fraternal relations between the WFTU and the African workers movement and highlighted the need for common struggles in the sector of Energy and Mining.
“With the WFTU, we have the means to create unity across borders despite the distance that separates us. Only unity, mobilization and struggle will lead us to victory.”
