A successful 3-sessions seminar relisted in Serbia, Belgrade on 20-23 July 2024 on the collective Bargaining in the public and private sector with the participation of tens of trade unionists.
The first session focused on Collective Bargaining, its definition, the different forms of collective bargaining agreements, and the importance of collective bargaining and agreements in achieving dignified working and living conditions. The second session focused on the European experience of collective bargaining and the third session analyzed the historical and existing situation in Serbia and the differences among the several sectors of the economy. The lectures of the first two sessions were delivered by the head of the Cyprus Labour Institution, Pavlos Kalosinatos, and the lecture of the 3rd session was delivered by Sloga Union.
