The World Federation of Trade Unions Secretariat Meeting took place on 16 and 17 December in the WFTU Headquarters in Athens.
One of the main subjects of discussion at the meeting was the preparation of the upcoming Presidential Council to be held in March 2024 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the review of the main activities of the WFTU in 2023 through the “Report of Action”, as well as the adoption of the proposal for the Plan of Action 2024, which will be decided at the Presidential Council.
The WFTU is organizing and planning so that 2024 will be a militant year, full of struggles for workers’ rights around the world.
