KTAMS, along with 31 other unions, has successfully fought back against the proposed amendments to the Collective Bargaining, Strike, and Referendum Law and the Cost of Living Adjustment Law. Following two days of a general strike and impactful protests, the government has withdrawn the controversial changes of Collective Bargaining, Strike, and Referendum Law and suspended the provisions affecting the Cost of Living Adjustment Law until further agreement.
KTAMS President Güven Bengihan emphasized that the struggle is not just for today, but for the future, ensuring that unity and resistance continue to drive their fight for workers’ rights.
