The World Federation of Trade Unions, on behalf of its 105 million members on the five continents, condemns with repugnance the murder of a 13 year old Palestinian boy by the Israeli army last Friday in Mughair village north of Ramallah.
The Palestinian teenager was shot in the stomach and died while four more Palestinians were injured and taken to the hospital, during a protest against the building of an illegal Israeli settlement next to their village. Also last Monday four more Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces at the Palestinian Kalandia camp.
The world class-oriented trade union movement once more denounces the continuous barbaric aggression of the state of Israel against the heroic People of Palestine who struggle for their rights.
We will stably be by the side of our Palestinian brothers and sisters, until the recognition of their free and independent homeland, on the 1967 border with east Jerusalem as its capital and until the end of the imperialist policy of the state of Israel and their allies.
