Call from the General Federation of Trade Unions in Syrian Arab Republic

The U.S. Administration that is led by President George Bush is creating lies and fabricating accusations and evidences. They allege Syria that it is building a secret nuclear reactor in cooperation with Democratic Korea. These kinds of lies are propagated by the C.I.A. and its tools in the U.S. Administration. These people are creating the lie, propagating, and believing it and ask from the rest of the world to believe it. Despite the astonishment of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from these accusations and the Syrian refusal of these lies, the U.S. Administration and Israel, which has the biggest nuclear rocketry in the Middle East Region, are trying their best to propagate these accusations against Syria in order to create a justification for invading it. This is an attempt to justify the continuous Israeli aggression against Syria and to give Israel the right to continue its occupation for the Syrian Golan Heights.

We remind all free and honorable people in the world of the series of lies that were created before the invasion and occupation of Iraq and killing more than a million of its people on the accusation that Iraq has sweeping destructive weapons. The already mentioned lies have been revealed by the tongue of those people who created them. Later, the real reasons behind occupying Iraq have been clarified in ravishing its wealth and destroying its people.

We call the free people in the world to hold their moral and human responsibility in facing the criminal and lying U.S. Administration and unveil their lies and accusations against Syria. We are sure that the world will say to this criminal administration “STOP”. Stop violating the international law and stop trying to violate and aggregate the sovereignty of the people who seek just, peace and right.
