The meeting was chaired by the WFTU General Secretary George Mavrikos, the elected coordinator Grace Mathapelo from NUM South Africa and Valentin Pacho Vice President of WFTU.
On June 24, a joint delegation of WFTU, PAME and FISE delivered basic essentials to immigrant rural workers of Nea Manolada, Greece. These essentials supplies were gathered by class-oriented trade unions as a demonstration of solidarity with rural workers who suffer so much by capitalist barbarity
